Sydney Needs Some HB Face Time
Sydney wants to remind you that she’s still here.
She doesn’t want you to forget her and her wrinkly little mug.
She also wants you to know that she’s officially trained Barry to reload her Kong treat after she drops it on his foot.
She thinks it is important that you to know that she is working hard to make sure that her snores are heard by the HBaby each night. At times it a challenge to snore so loud, but she’s working on it.

Grandparents: The Next Generation
Yesterday’s post about grandparents got me thinking about how my parents and Barry’s parents will be as grandparents and it got me excited.
Both Barry and I treasure our grandparents and have close relationships with each of them. HBaby will be the first grandchild on both sides and I am excited to witness the start of a lifelong relationship between grandparent and grandchild.
I know each grandma and each grandpa will have a different approach and a different take on life to share. This is exactly what makes me excited because Barry and I both value and respect our own parents and grandparents so much, we get to pass those feelings on.
What the next generation holds? Who knows, but laughter and love will be in abundance!
