Today is the day that I have the Glucola test test to find out if I possibly have pregnancy-related diabetes. Of course this test won’t tell me if I’ve got diabetes, but it will ‘evaluate the risk’ for diabetes.
I’m banking on a ‘normal’ test, but I’ve got to spend the day avoiding foods with sugar, fruit juices or dried fruits, which should be easy. Drinking the orange drink should be an adventure….it sure doesn’t look like chocolate milk and I’m going to guess that it doesn’t taste like it either.
Yuck.
Bad memories….so bad. Not the taste so much…but bad.
UGH! SO sorry you had to wait all day! They should NOT make pregnant women do this! How did it turn out?? That does look like an interesting bottle compared to what I remember. MAYBE it tastes better too??
